Allison Elebash Interior Design (AEID) is seeking a full-time Procurement Manager to support the interior design team in our Charleston, SC office. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail oriented, and a self-motivated problem solver. This person will support the design team in all aspects of procuring product, from initial quotes to final installation. Experience in Studio Designer and the interior design field is recommended but not required.

Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for pricing, quoting, placing orders, tracking, warehouse and vendor communication, managing damaged items, and scheduling installation.

Extreme attention to detail and excellent project management skills are required along with demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Positive disposition, high integrity, and ability to work independently within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with vendors and clients.  Must be tech savvy.

Working knowledge of Google Drive software and excel spreadsheets required, Studio Designer experience preferred. Ability to handle a high volume of documents and busy workload.
